Return & Exchange Policy for VEILS

We will ship the veil after receiving full payment by PayPal.

You will need to contact us by email within 24 hours (based on shipping company's delivery date & time to your address or PO Box) of receiving the veil if you intend to return it. Otherwise, we will assume that the veil has been found to be satisfactory and no returns/refunds will subsequently be accepted.

We will issue a Return Approval number (RA#), and you will need to write this number outside the box. No refunds will be issued for items without RA#. The veil will then need to be shipped back to us and be received within (6) six business days in the same condition as it was sent. Once we have received the veil with RA#, we will inspect it to
ensure it is in the same condition as when shipped. 

The following fees are NOT refundable:
1. Shipping and handling to you and from you
2. Insurance
3. Custom fee
4. Mandatory PayPal service fee
5. $15 restocking fee

We will refund the rest of your money through PayPal.

Please note, every manufacturers of wedding dresses use different material sources. We are not responsible for variations in dresses color to our veil color. If this is not the right veil for you, simply let us know your intend for return. We are also not responsible for shipping company delivery time, as many variables such as customs are out of our control. Thank you for your understanding.
